Newman HP is a force multiplier for your existing staff, not a replacement. Our expertise is in the coordination and translation layer that unifies your S&C, sport science, player development, and sport coaches into one aligned system.
This program is designed to reduce your time burden, not add to it. Strategy sessions are 30 to 60 minutes, twice a month. Weekly touchpoints are email and text. Staff modules are 30 to 45 minutes, four times per year.
